How this service handles your information
The public website uses the information you enter to prepare your renewal enquiry for WhatsApp. V1 does not ask you to upload identity documents, driver’s-licence images, banking information or payment-card details.
The private Renewal Manager may store customer contact details, vehicle registration numbers and renewal dates so Thamii can track upcoming renewals and repeat business. That data is restricted to authenticated Admin access and is not included in public analytics.
Before launch, Thamii must configure its real business contact details and privacy/contact process.
